Grey Squirrel Trap

The Procter Pest Stop Elgeeco squirrel cage trap is designed to capture squirrels without harming them in any way so that they can be released somewhere other than your backyard. The cage, which is made from a highly durable galvanised metal, can be placed in the branches of a tree or suspended next to a tree or fence in order to attract the maximum attention from squirrels.

The key element of the Elgeeco squirrel cage is a peanut feeder, which is located inside the cage to lure squirrels in. Once the furry pest enters the cage to take the bait, the spring-loaded door at the top of the cage slams shut behind it and traps the animal, unharmed, for a safe release. There is a second door at the bottom of the cage for removing the unwanted animal or attaching a separate refuge cage or box.

The cage is fully welded for strength and durability and has square holes in the wire mesh to allow small birds to get in and out without setting off the trap mechanism. The unit, which is fully lockable and safe to use around children and pets, is designed to catch one animal at a time.
